Dear breeders, owners of catteries and chairman of clubs and associations!

     In March, 2004, the new international felinological organization -- World Felinological Federation (WFF) -- has been created.
     The new organization is called to make up for all deficiencies and to unit in itself positive features of all international systems, excluding for all that the negative features.
     The main objective of the WFF is to associate various felinological organizations and catteries. And for the catteries is provided the direct membership.

     The WFF means:
     •  conducting the uniform pedigree book, the uniform register of title certificates and registration of catteries;
     •  centralized official registration of papers in English;
     •  using official languages: English, German, French, Spanish and Russian;
     •  opportunity of the direct membership of catteries;
     •  reasonable price policy;
     •  judging in a new format (combination of the European and American rings with the description);
     •  allowing for marks from the exhibitions of the other systems: CFA, CFF, FIFe, TICA, WCF
     •  on-line register of the litters and stud males & females More detals;
     •  right on the voting to solve questions of the organization's policy. Just the members of the WFF dictate its future;
     •  actual judge list, divided on categories.
